Run Us Raggedy, strives to bring convenience to the lives of everyday people and companies large and small by providing courier, delivery and errand services on a daily. This Privacy Policy explains in detail the information that Run Us Raggedy will gather from both Users and Runners to ensure all transactions and services are performed and completed in a timely and efficient manner.

  1. Scope of this Privacy Policy

Run Us Raggedy LLC ("us", "we", or "our") operates https://runusraggedy.com website and the RUR mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information when you use our Service (RUR Platform).

We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. We use your Personal Information for providing and improving the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy, terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions (www.runusraggedy.com)

  1. Information Collection and Use

In order to use Run Us Raggedy Service, we will ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to, your email address, name, phone number, postal address, other information ("Personal Information").

We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/inquiries, servicing your purchase orders, and improving our services.

2.1 User/Client: Run Us Raggedy will only share our user/client information with Run Us Raggedy Runners, staff and third party vendors. All user/clients personal information will only be giving to third party vendors to help Run Us Raggedy improve and market our services.

2.2 Runner:  Run Us Raggedy will share runner’s personal information with third party vendors for security and safety procedures such as background checks for employment.

2.3 Run Us Raggedy use a third party partner to handle all user/client payment transactions.

  1. Log Data

We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service or when you access the Service by or through a mobile device ("Log Data").

This Log Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics.

We use this information to provide features of our Service, to improve and customize our Service. You can enable or disable location services through your mobile device settings when you are not using our Service.

4.1 Devices: Run Us Raggedy collects user/clients and Runners web browser type, hardware and software from mobile devices and IP addresses
