1. Does RUR save banking information of clients?

Yes, RUR saves credit card information

2. What type of payments do RUR accept

RUR accepts payments from all major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Master, Discover and American Express.

3. How Does Delivery Service Work?

Book a service and a Runner will pick up your package within 90 minutes. In emergency cases
packages will be picked up within 60 minutes.
Runners (Run Us Raggedy) do not pay for parking during pickup or delivery.
Runners will not pickup or deliver items from a location that requires payment for parking.
If the client lives in an area where parking is not available, the client must collect their package
from the driver’s vehicle.

4. Can I cancel a service after booking

Unfortunately not at this moment. All services booked through RUR’s app cannot be canceled. However, if an unforeseen event happens clients can contact Run Us Raggedy’s admin support team to request a refund. Refund requests are investigated and refunds are issued within 3 business days.

5. How does RUR's Line standing services work ?

RUR will notify clients by e-mail and text that service has been accepted. Clients will receive a text from the Line-Stander informing them of arrival time and the client will provide an OTP to the line stander. The client must text Line-Stander upon arrival. If line-standing service is canceled for any reason caused by the client, refunds will not be issued. RUR does not ship merchandise. Pay an additional $2.20 per mile if you wish to have RUR delivery your merchandise
